this guy (me) is also fairly new to wrong planet 
i was just searching for other belgian people through the forums, and this resulted in me not realy looking further into a thing like postdates (sowwy)
also to the guy who thinks 81% of belgians can speak french, i have to dissapoint you in saying that of my generation the french speaking dutch people may have staggered a bit ( I'm BTW terrible at french, just as many of my friends)
