I forgive you. I was angry when I first found out that I have Asperger's. Back when I found out, it was known as a very mild case of Autistc Tendencies. I freaked out because I found out just after seeing the movie, Rainman back in 1989. I was out to prove to the world that I wasn't anything like that character. I wanted to kill myself, because neither my parents or I saw a very bright future for me. I gave up on my dreams of Politics, but I also discovered the Art World. The more I got into my Art, the less I thought about my "label". Things made a turn for the better in 1999. I stopped masking my condition, and allowed myself to be Austin Powers, twice a month for a minute at a time. If I didn't do that, I would be doing things that are even more steriotypical.

Apoplogy accepted. My Dad has made little effort to understand more than just the very basics of what's going on with me (maybe that is for the best). My Mom always advocated for me when I was in school, but she still can only understand matters from an NT point of view.

Because not everybody learns the same way and everybody's needs are different. The ammount of special accommodations I recieved in school varied widely

My parents rule. Although they do not fully understand me they still treat me well and allow me to do what ever I like.

Teela your apology is accepted. When I got my diagnoses, I was really glad there was a name for how I am. I like me!!

When I got my prilimanry diagnosis I had a disscitive state that lasted an entire weekend. I actually went through my entire life again and reaplied the new information to my worldly expierances. It made so much sense it was undicribly weird. I said and did some really stupid things. We all do but more so when you experances something so oddly tramatic.
