That only takes BMI into account, which is not a good measure of health.

For me, I'd say I have 70-80 years left to live, taking into account that most of my family are long-lived.

So, in a nutshell, If I stay pessimistic and depressed, I'll die at 54. If I change my ways, I'll live to 74, If I go even happier, I'll live to 98, and if I (It'll never happen) turn sadistic, I'll live to 37.
