Strange ... I try to follow those guidelines and I don't get "Captcha'ed".

I made some changes so it should happen less frequently now

Capcha made me reenter numbers 3 times even though the post had gone through. Bieng that it was 3AM and I assumed that post was never going to be entered I went to bed and now I have three repeat posts and can not delete them due to the all to short time limit for editing posts.
