And, you're right, Shing Fui-On is his name. He was just such a big goof. He loved it too from what I know.

Have you seen The Unmatchable Match or The Law Enforcer, both also starring Danny Lee? He was great in both of those.
I wa building my movie collection when the shops in China town closed. They had the best selections.

I've long had a major crush on Zhang Ziyi. I especially liked her in House of Flying Daggers, which is probably my favourite Chinese movie...

Other Chinese movies I like (in no particular order):

Kung Fu Hustle
Shaolin Soccer
Drunken Master II (I found the 1978 original slightly boring)
Hero
Curse of the Golden Flower
The Banquet
Reign of Assassins
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon

BTW, a lot of the historical Chinese epics make a lot more sense once you become acquainted with the history of Chinese imperial dynasties...
She is good. Amazing dancer (Her performance in "House of the Flying Dragons" was amazing in the bouncing bean scene.

But, she's visually bland to me. I don't get the appeal. Zhao Wei is good and I like DoDo Cheng, but Sandra Ng is my fave of all time.

Hong Kong DVD sites only charge a couple of dollars per DVD.

Most of those are the American Versions. There is a huge difference in some of them.

The ones I bought from DDDHouse (based in HK) were all HK versions, not the American ones. I paid £4 per disc, and this must be the best part of ten years ago now.
