Having the same issue here. Here's the error and code:

Why have I been blocked?
This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.

Either we're accidentally stumbling on phrases that are commonly used to DDoS, or cloudflare is mistakenly perceiving formatting as some form of SQL injection attack.

After much editing and previewing, I've discovered that the problem specific to me was with the following phrase:

>"they" >and >"their"> is >referring

I've inserted the arrows to enable me to post this.

The removal of the word "their" allows me to post, as does the removal of either the word "referring" or the quotation marks.
Replacing the quotes with apostrophes gives the same error.

I did get the Cloudflare thing after a certain time where for me it's after 11PM saying I needed to get a live version.

Is there a persistent problem with "quotations" and "quotes" being strung together then?

I made a long post in a thread the other day and wasn't able to post it. It kept getting blocked and then I lost the post.

Brilliant, got it too, before i got a page that wanted me to click in a box to continue.

Look, CAPTCHA was created around 2003 to prevent bots - maby its time to implement it on WP?

this was happening to me over and over again.
tried taking out my quotations and just skipping lines in between dialogue.
worked!
