Mine started at 29. My brother who is super easy going and never stresses about anything is in his mid 50s and still doesn’t have any grey hair. When I started taking bioactive B vitamins a couple of years ago some of my white hairs turned back into brown hairs. They were white at the ends and brown at the roots!

I believe you can get white or gray hair through vitamin deficiencies. Just food for thought.

I fear of getting grey hair or losing my hair. Luckily at almost 26, I still have my hair and not one strand of grey hair. I do have a receding hairline though. If you don't want grey hair, then I would suggest either coloring it or taking vitamins high in B12.

Wow there are people who have gone grey so young! I had some greys a few years ago when I was under extreame stress. They went away though. Both my parents didnt start getting greys untill 50 so I have a ways to go. I hope.

My husband says he started getting grey hair at 12! I was in my twenties, but coloured it for years. I’ve given up on that. It’s hard to keep up with white roots if you have dark hair.

Thanks for your replies :)
I know people younger than me have significant grey hair, there are so many factors leading to it.
I just hoped I get the genes from my paternal grandmother who died at eighty-something with just one grey streak. But it's not bad, I like the shade of my grey hair: white with delicate golden glow. Just like my maternal grandmother.
I just need to get used to it.
I am under big stress, honestly, my social anxiety is freaking me out and I can't control it any more. Maybe there is some connection between the two.

I have some grey hair & I'm taking a supplement to hopefully stop it. I've done alittle research on why hair becomes grey & the short answer is it's due to depletion of catalase so in theory a catalase supplement should help. I've been on it maybe 4 months so it's alittle too soon to say if it'll work or not. Here's the Amazon link to the supplement incase anyone is interested~ https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01 ... UTF8&psc=1

Yeah I think that’s what did it for me. My earliest memories involve feeling social anxiety and trying to hide my struggles.

Today I noticed a single gray hair in my husband's beard.
Looks like we're synchronized.
