Amazon for food and basic pain meds.

Amazon is good but your looking at month minimum for delivery.

For meds call a local pharmacy and see if they deliver.

For food ,well I don't what's open in California, grocery stores and Walmart are open here in Massachusetts.

Call a legal aid attorney and tell them your disabled in need of help,if they can't help they should be able to get you in touch with someone who can.

I wish I could tell you more but I just don't know California well, but call Lawyer for

I'm thankful that so far I haven't taken out my anger and frustration on my cats from this. They don't deserve it anyway, only humans deserve being in this mess. Although I have made them run and hide during my meltdowns. Fortunately, they always come back out and act normally. And my younger cat is a sweet and affectionate as ever.

We can learn something from both cats and dogs.

I house sit a very sweet ginger cat from time to time.

I still miss my Miniature Pinscher Benji who was with me for 12 and a half years before his kidneys packed up. He left me 9 months ago. He came into my life at a really tough time and was the best possible companion.

Take care of your cat please. I'm alone with autism too. I wish I had friends to visit while everything is closed like this. *Hugs*

Hugs Kitty. Have you had anything through the post this past week with phone numbers to call if you’re in need of any assistance in this crisis? There would be a number of organisations and volunteers I’d imagine all too willing to support you, and get anything you need to you. I’m looking into this for you... as KK mentioned, your family and neighbours would be your first port of call, but there’s bound to be volunteers etc in your community who will assist. Will get back to you. xx

If I were you, I’d google your local Samaritans or a church(mainstream) close by and talk to them... someone there will be all too willing to assist, even just listen, if only over the phone. Pain just makes everything worse, doesn’t it! Do what you can to get the pain as under control as possible(if you need meds, the Samaritans will likely help, I’m sure). Once you’ve worked on the pain element, then it’s about staying in control. You may be a child in a woman’s body, but you have the power to self-calm ... we all do. You need to self soothe with calm music ... your fave Bryan Adams music :). You may feel very much alone, but you’re not. Everything has changed, the world is not what it was, but a new “normal” will set in, and we all will adapt. It’s about reassuring yourself that everything will be alright and it will. We have to ride this crazy wave for a bit... and then some more ... and eventually, a new normal will emerge. Life will eventually re-emerge and hopefully, we’ll all have new perspectives on life and each other, at least for a time. Human behaviour can be very distressing at times of fear and change ... Try to keep a routine going for yourself, if possible ... get your mind off the pain through music, reading, anything that might help you... scream into a pillow occasionally if you need to ... your cat is a source of pain relief ... pat him, love him and give him the care you need others to give to you ... xx
