^^ I was getting worried until I saw Kitty had posted this in “Post Something That Made You Happy” today ...

“I had a good day, I woke up at 9:40 this morning for the first time in a very long time, I had a good night sleep, I woke up once at 4:15 to go to the bathroom.”

I was so relieved when I saw that, as I was growing worried, as she hasn’t read her message as yet.

Whew , was starting to get worried.
I am doing better. I am out of the low in in the high. Staying off caffeine, smokes, ect. I amdoing okay ok.

It is good to see it is working out.
Mild exercise, such as walking, is something that also helps. :wink:

Have you looked into the possibility of getting a home health aide to help you with stuff like that?

Hopefully your insurance will cover that? Even Medicaid covers home health aides under some circumstances.
