So YouTube thinks video games are porn

The guy that was arrested was because of a facial recognition algorithm, nothing to do with videogames :lol:
The OP was talking about algorithms in general, and youtube algorithms is one from other uses.
To summarize: We get two examples of algorithms failing: one algorithm identifying a videogame as porn, another algorithm identifying the wrong suspect.

It was an algorithm undergoing field tests.  Unfortunately, field-testing is the only way to sort out the "bugs" in algorithms, and this algorithm is definitely "buggy".

If it sees DoTA of all things as porn, then I agree that it is buggy. I hope it gets fixed.
