It concerns me when I found out that in the Seychelles, where they had the most vaccinated population in the world, they still had cases spiking. What the reason I don't really know.

But were there hospitalisations and deaths, or were there just cases? The point of the vaccine is not to stop people from getting the virus but to stop people getting too ill from the virus.

They had a rise of cases from over 6,000 on 3rd May to over 8,000 on 10th May of which 2,486 are active. They have had 5,277 recoveries and only 28 deaths. It doesn't say at the moment how many are hospitalised.
