Sorry to see you left the other day.
Glad to see you're back again, despite the very sad reason.

Keep in touch by email if you do leave again.
You've always been a great friend and support through my rough times.

I'll miss you here.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. I'm back briefly in the wake of recent developments.

But I won't sray long. It's too stressful for me for reasons I won't bore you with.

You can tell us. Or you can PM me to confide in. I'm naturally wired to listen and understand people's problems (within reason) and not get bored.

I only can't take people taking their insecurities out on me by personally attacking me and making me feel bad. (Not aimed at anyone in this thread, just saying).

Mission aborted.
Shelved for another time.
Pepe out.

I'll take on any additional burden to support you if the vegetarian leaves.
However, I must warn you, I am a meat-eater. 8O

I feel like I'm in a moribund state, right now. I have let myself go for too long, and there's no way back.

As I recall, and I could be wrong, you like to go hiking out in the fields and woods. If so, you might want to do some of that now. It might help. That’s what I do except I use a canoe instead of walking.

Yeah, I need more exercise right now, that always helps.

I would love to go canoeing. There's a Canadian guy on YouTube I follow who does these epic canoe camping trips. Always enjoy those! That may be my next outdoor adventure.

I do epic canoe trips too, although most were done when I was younger and stronger. I have paddled northern Canadian rivers with no published directions, before the internet. We just used a topo map. Fly in. I still do solo trips, shorter and not quite so far away. There are a couple of good canoe tripping forums. If you are interested, you can pm me. Not sure whether I can post them in this forum or not.

For me, when life isn't working out, just getting on the water soothes me.
