Yes interesting. I’m studying Hinduism right now and it’s interesting too. I’m practicing trying to be mad at myself for screwing up because I’ve realized getting mad at everyone else for my failure isn’t much help.

I’m not well today because I still had problems breathing last night. But only when I tried to sleep. Which is weird and made me think what if it’s anxiety. But it doesn’t really seem like it. My aunt also said our hospital isn’t very good. And if I went there at 2 am, even if there isn’t much people there they would still make me wait in the Er forever then do a check up on me and send me home anyway.

I’m only getting 5 hours of sleep a night. I’m so cranky it feels like I’m going crazy. I need rest because of serious heart disease. I think I’m going to die. I’m kind of alone in this apartment. My family doesn’t seem to care enough to visit me. Other than mom she said I could go there. But she’s obnoxious and very toxic half the time. It would probably just be torture. I’m never allowed to complain about anything going wrong around her like my health or she will yell.

Yup strangely looking back on my life if I could have done anything different it would have been to have more empathy. Even for mom. By getting the hell away from her sooner.

Practicing spiritually is great and everything but I think life would have made more sense if I had just gotten a job and moved out after high school.

They probably have “walk-in clinics” where you are.

You’ll have to wait—but not as long as in ERs.

Just bring ID.

That’s strange. I thought the whole point of emergency room is to help as fast as possible. But if other clinics help faster, doesn’t it mean emergency room loses its logical purpose?

ERs always take longer than Urgent Care.

That’s the reality.

Though ERs have gotten better recently.

ERs are much more advanced medically than Urgent Care places. Trust me: we need them!

Anything serious in Urgent Care is referred to the ER.

I didn’t realize you were talking about urgent care.

But now that you said that’s what you were referring to, here is another question. If I am just looking at its name, it seem to suggest they would have only accepted her the night it happened. They wouldn’t really accept her few days after the fact since it’s no longer urgent. Are you saying that

a) It’s name is misleading and they do accept people few days after the fact

or

b) You were only suggesting it in case it happens again

It’s a euphemism.

It’s basically for simple situations that actually doesn’t require “urgent care.”

It seems misleading at first glance.

I guess my mom is one of the people that was misled. I learned about it from her, and she mentioned it in a situation when it was, in fact, urgent.

I slept under the pillow that had some fur coming out of it, I inhaled some of it and it took me over an hour to try to cough it out. She suggested it when I was still unable to succeed.

By the way, that was two years before COVID started. So in this case it was, in fact, just fur.

They would have referred you to the ER if they didn't succeed in treating your inhalation.
