Ever heard of a "food coma"? Apparently eating a heavy meal can make you drowsy because your body needs more energy to digest it. When my mother and I used to eat out for lunch, I sometimes worried she'd have a food coma when she went back to work afterwards because she'd say how full she was.

I once read that you're supposed to "breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a peasant", but I just couldn't get used to it. And of course, you can't "snack like a pig".

learned last week that in america you get marshmallow paste, like you would any preserve. Sounds like diabetes in a pot. (wouldn't mind trying it though!)
