This Thanksgiving my mom and my aunt made a pumpkin cake for dessert. My mom usually makes apple pie or some other kind of pie, but my aunt wanted something pumpkin, and my mom isn't a fan of pumpkin pie. The cake was excellent. Nice and moist. It was a lot like carrot cake, actually.
