update:

today, i had just put a lumber cart somewhere. (last week, head cashier angela d told me that i could put the carts there.) tattletale tom had the nerve to snap @ me. (he didn't raise his voice, but his tone sounded so suppressed, like he was doing his "best" to keep his anger from coming out of control). Captain Ass Hole had the nerve to growl @ me to put the cart somewhere else. (he pointed. the location he was pointing to was only a couple of feet away from the place where i put the carts.) so i moved the cart over there. "go push carts!" Captain Ass Hole had the nerve to bark @ me.

today and yesterday, after his lunch, captain ass hole was standing next to the food cart, wearing an apron, eating. i am pretty sure eating on the clock is not allowed (unless your boss tells you to eat).

Captain Ass Hole did not physically touch me, nor has he ever done so before. however, afraid that he will, b/c it takes so little to set him off. always "waiting for the other shoe to drop." captain ass hole acted like he was so *self righteous* and "holier than thou". he thinks he's so f*****g awesome and smart and he acts like i know nothing. f**k that ass hole!

"pick your battles" is good advice, but some annoying lil dips**ts, such as captain ass hole, pick ALL the battles. (rolls eyes)

Maybe he's having sex with the boss.

Employee of the month awards have been going on since March 2023 and this is the first time a lot attendant got it

Lot attendants joe, Roy and Daniel work much harder than tattle tale tom and they don't put on unnecessary drama

It's such a trivial thing but I am jealous he got the award and I didn't s**t

yesterday, Captain Ass Hole was standing around talking to customers for most of his shift. 75-95 degrees fahrenheit hot as f**k. while i was sweating pushing carts. then that idiot came out and had the nerve to bark @ me b/c i was walking down the bays and not immediately toward the carts (which is not against any rules of home depot or anything like that). yeah well captain ass hole did not push any carts while he was busy flapping his stupidass trap @ customers, s**t.

Thank Buddha, I do not have to work @ McDonald's. if i worked @ mcdonald's, captain ass hole could be six feet away for me for forty hours a week and lazy white boy steve could be six feet away in the opposite direction. and then i would have to work forty hours a week each at mcdonads and burger king, s**t. b/c: room, board, utilities, transportation, and health insurance costs skyrocketing.

update: yesterday, in the breakroom, tattletale tom had the nerve to ask lot attendant Roy, "aren't you supposed to be on the floor?". head cashier alicia told tom "roy don't start until 11:30. (my name) starts @ 10."

all this time, i just thought i was the only one that tattletale tom had the nerve to micromanage. but he micromanaged roy too. who else is he micromanaging and how long has he been micromanaging them?

for some reason, that makes me feel better, b/c i know that the micromanaging has nothing to do with my autism symptoms or anything like that.

October 2023, Tattletale Tom had the nerve to tell me "Why are you here? You push a couple carts and disappear. If you don't wanna work here, work somewhere else!". (rolls eyes). and i didn't answer because i was afraid that tattletale tom was (is) having sex with the boss. (nepotism, junior high school)

Today I was sitting in the break room clocked out for lunch and tattle tale tom came in and glared at me like I was diseased. Neither he nor I made any statement or actions

update:

last week, i was trying to knock a pallet over onto a lumber cart, with my feet. tattletale tom came over (he could have chosen not to) and he and i lifted a pallet. i said "thank you". he said "you're welcome".

yesterday, i was pulling a pallet on a pallet jack (tattletale tom's the one that had the nerve to bark @ me about stacking pallets, even though none of the other lot attendants have been doing it.). and tattletale tom said "hi, (my name)" and i waved. tattletale tom and lot attendant joe B. both waved. 11am. then i stacked the pallet and 11:07 to 11:37 litterbox. around 11:30, tattletale tom and joe came into the litterbox. joe said he hadn't seen me for one hour. (exaggeration) (rolls eyes). tattletale tom said it used to be that whenever there was loading i already disappeared and that i was "smart". but what the flying f**k ever s**t. i've been working there since 2020 and tattletale tom has been working there longer. of all the negative things tattletale tom might be telling joe about me, what he said, was nothing. but WTF ever. those two idiots could be gossiping about me elsewhere and there is no way for me to stop them. (but they didn't know i was in the litterbox). kind of paranoid joe or tattletale tom had the nerve to tattle on me, but the head cashier didn't tell me anything. and today i logged on and it said that i do not have impending disciplinary action so what the flying f**k ever s**t.

Tattle tale tom and I are in the same pay grade. He might earn a couple bucks more per hour but he's still eligible for government subsidized health insurance

"Loser" is a vague word. I seriously doubt that anyone earning minimum wage at 55 (his age) (or 42 , my age) could be considered a "winner". But that's not a fact, just my opinion. Besides I am not a "winner" either. I am also a "loser"

Lately it seems like tattle tale tom has been nicer to me. He asked how I was doing, said "have a nice day " and "good job". However, no closure. He never bothered apologizing for micromanaging me like that. I'm just afraid that tattle tale tom, or any other loser, will have the nerve to bother me again the way tattle tale tom used to bother me

Tattle tale tom is 55m, 5'10, 180#, white. and I am 42ftm, 5'3, 115#, Chinese.

He acted like he was in charge, even though he wasn't (and isn't), because he was older, stronger and worked there longer. But he still wasn't in charge

Tattle tale tom is ",in" with plenty of rodents, some of which have termination authority. I was afraid that if I tattled on him, even if I had the moral high road, I would get made redundant, because he was having sex with the boss.

To this day I still don't have the faintest clue why he had the nerve to micromanage me like that. Maybe he thought he was doing Home Depot a favor. He hasn't done it since October 2023, but he never told me why he started or why he stopped

Anyways there was zero closure. He never apologized. For all I know, maybe he is going to f**k with me some more next week. Besides there is nobody to tattle to

The whole home Depot is so precarious

nobody is perfect. there is nothing great about me either. and tattletale tom otherwise looks, sounds and acts like a normal precious lil "person". unremarkable in every way. if i hadn't gone through it, i never would have imagined he would have had the nerve to micromanage me like that.

however, maybe tattletale tom deserves a second chance. multiple times, he has helped me lift pallets. he said "hi" and "how are you". he hasn't barked or snapped @ me since september 2024. but sometimes i wonder, maybe that's b/c i haven't done anything he didn't "like" lately, but sooner or later, i will, and then he will revert back to the "old" tattletale tom.

also, since i've been on testosterone for eight years, maybe tattletale tom thought/thinks that i am cisgender male. according to some websites, women only have about 52 percent the upper body strength as men. that's the difference between lifting a 50 pound bag of concrete vs a 100 pound litterbox. my doctor's note says that i am not allowed to lift over fifty pounds. if i were cisgender male, all things equal, which they are not, i would be able to lift 100 pounds. which is good enough for a lot attendant, and would only need loading assistance once every couple weeks, for things like 288 pound barbeque, or whatever.

tattletale tom didn't do anything illegal or immoral, that i know of, thus far. on the other hand, that's the best thing i can say about him. which isn't that great.

meanwhile, lot attendant roy, is 68 years old. 13 years older than tattletale tom. tattletale tom is taller, heavier, than roy. but every time i asked roy to lift something for me, he has done so. roy has not once bothered me, and he's worked there since 2021.

Today tattle tale tom called Joe on the walkie talkie and asked for loading assistance. Later I was pushing carts into the lobby and tattle tale tom had the nerve to tell me that I answered the walkie talkie and so Joe thought I was going, so Joe didn't come. (Rolls eyes). But tattle tale tom wasn't barking out of control, as usual. So WTF ever. ("Team player"). I don't remember answering, but I might have pushed the wrong button. Maybe head cashier Andre answered (although his voice sounds much lower than mine)

Maybe tomorrow tattle tale tom will snitch to Angela w and get my worthless corpse made redundant

Tattle tale tom did not bother me today

Tattle tale tom has not micromanaged me since September 2023 or so. But he hasn't apologized for it either, and nobody and nothing is preventing him from doing it again. And the didn't tattle on him because (I thought) he was having sex with the boss, but maybe that is not a good reason.

Sooner than later tatt tale tom will correctly or wrongly think I did something bad or wr and then he will blow it out of proportion

Tattle tale tom seems to have changed his attitude about me. But maybe he will change it back. He never told you why he kept micromanaging me like that. Nor did he tell me why he stopped

It's just not a functional relationship when one party feels free to micromanage the other one to death and the other one is nothing but intimidated

King of the parking lot, Tattle tale tom

2022, after (former) front end supervisor RA appeared to have left the home depot store that i work @, (former) head cashier evan told me that tattletale tom said that i wasn't doing any of the pallets. i told evan that i have a drs note that i am not allowed to lift over fifty pounds. evan said that he would talk to Human Resources and see if the pallets weigh over 50 pounds or only 49 pounds. then evan told me that human resources said that the building (home depot) does not contain a scale, and that i do not need to stack pallets. i asked evan what i should tell tattletale tom. evan said tell tattletale tom that i have a drs note that i am not allowed to lift over fifty pounds. later, tattletale tom had the nerve to bother me about a pallet. i told him what evan told me to tell him. tattletale tom said a pallets only thirty pounds, not fifty. i asked evan for a note in writing and he said that was a good idea but its not going to happen.

due to "Team Player" and "kindness", I have been stacking pallets ever since then, even though evan said that HR said that i do not have to. plenty of job descriptions specify "Team Player". (rolls eyes).

it is now april 2025 and i have been stacking pallets ever since then. (former) front end supervisor stephanie told me to get someone to put the pallet onto the cart for me and then i take it to receiving, and i did that for a long time. plenty of "scorekeeping" self righteous lil simpletons had the nerve to bark @ me (Marquis, Justin), "am i helping you or are you helping me?" or "i am not a slave!". they acted like i violated their stupid lil "rights). (rolls eyes). the training videos say that all servants are required to help with loading, but sometimes, servants have the nerve to refuse, or they do it but they verbally bark @ me. and they do not get disciplinary action, much less made redundant.

then one day greg told me to get a pallet jack and i've been doing that since then.

it took two years (2 years) for me to figure out how to knock a pallet onto a lumber cart, without touching it with hands, only feet. and i have been doing that for pallets that are lying down or standing on their side. sometimes there is garbage under the pallet and i can't do it. or the pallet is in some other configureation or position, per se. but the vast majority of the time, the pallet is either lying on its side or lying flat.

meanwhile i did not once have the nerve to tattle on tattletale tom. he's had long conversations with other servants, in the lockerroom and the parking lot, over and over. once he called a tow truck for his car, and he was wearing an apron (on the clock) the whole time. he's often on the phone (not allowed to be on the phone while clocked in).

but he gets away with it b/c he's having sex with the boss. (cronyism). that is not discrimination. b/c "having sex with the boss" is not an EEOC protected population, per se.
