I know what you mean, my way of handling it is to make people aware, sound the alarm, try and make someone pay attention and do something. I'm sorry if I upset people by saying all this about the NHS but we MUST do all we can to save it.
That is, when I'm not worrying that the human race will end itself fairly soon, but that's another subject for another thread...
