Who is "sick", MA, Janice, tattle tale tom or me?

Inappropriate and unjustified, yes

Sexual harassment, that's a stretch

But "sick"?

What is "sick" about him/her/me?

Its strange to desire having a 76 year old sit on their lap.

The 76 year old is "sick" for sitting on MA's lap, or MA is "sick" for not moving?

"Strange" is not always pathological per se

Sometimes tattle tale tom or other servants are sitting on the couch that I like to lie down on but it has never occurred to me to sit on their laps

Maybe I am not good at "thinking outside the box"

Maybe sitting on consensual coworkers laps is okay with "company culture" and social norms and nonverbal communication

It depends on the situation

That would be a very weird company culture.

Maybe it is the company’s « promoting culture » perhaps.

or maybe janice just gets away with it for some reason. ("diversity hire", having sex with the boss and et cetera)

it's weird - Pro Supervisor MA and Front End Supervisor AW, are supervisors and they have "write up" authority. they could've written up janice for "sexual harrassment", but somehow janice keeps getting away with it and other things, such as barking loudly.

It's weird if any employee of any age to sit on another coworker's lap.

sometimes precious lil "people" do weird things. especially at home depot.

"weird" is not always bad or wrong.

*i* for one, could not even *imagine* sitting on Supervisor MA or Supervisor AW's lap. do not want to.

If I say on his lap, he would tattle to human Resources and the cops for Sexual Harassment and bark at me out of control

It may seem like a double standard but there's a big difference between it being consensual & non-consensual. I'd def would not complain if certain women sat on my lap without warning because I like them but I'd complain if most anyone else were to That said I do NOT think sitting on laps should be appropriate & allowed in most workplaces even if it's consensual
