Yes, thankfully I did grow up in an atheist household, and even my grandparents were secular, as well as uncle and aunt.

I'm glad religion never played part in my life, that I was free of its influence and live in a very secular country.

I grew up in a secular household. Moms side of the family is essentially pagan farmers, she's a school teacher that deepthroats the system and the government. Dad's side is fake christian, the "pretend to be a good person that's better than everyone else" type of christian.

Childhood was a nightmare... rebellion was my antidote.

I "rebelled" by earning an MSEE and starting a career in STEM.

My Mom didnt raise me to be religious (I didn't even realize she was an atheist until a few years ago). But I was forced to attend Sunday School a few times as a kid, didn't really care for any of it.

I dabbled with wicca for a long time until I realized it's full of s**t too and that Gerald Gardner was to witchcraft what Joseph Smith was to Christiainity.

However that did not stop my thirst for esoteric knowledge and learning about the occult as much as possible. The occult is real and it's all around us.
