I like swimming too, but admittedly I’m not super fast. I just enjoy being in the water. My favorite thing to do is CrossFit. I’ve recently run into some injury/financial issues so I haven’t been able to do it, but soon I’ll be able to start again. I’m looking forward to jumping back into it.
Exercise is one of the key components to staying healthy. If you are able, one hour a day, is a winning formula.
