Fried in olive oil, cooked just nearly until the yolk is firm.

soy sauce marinated eggs over rice are also lovely (boiled eggs in a marinade consisting mainly of soy sauce)

I don't eat eggs. I don't like their taste & they also upset my stomach & make me go to the bathroom. I don't have a problem with eggs in baked foods but I won't eat eggs by themselves or with or on something.

Pea green like Om Nom.

Scrambled with some onion and green pepper. Then top it off with some black pepper.

Poached, with runny yolks.

Dont like them very much at all generally, but I like egg drop soup and don't mind bits of egg in fried rice.

I usually just eat them fried and sunny side up but I also like them scrambled with cheese or ketchup. But never scrambled with cheese and ketchup together.

I also like to make toasted bacon and egg sandwiches or I use English muffins instead of bread and make homemade Egg McMuffins.

Well scrambled or fried...and not runny. Egg salad is off limits. Tried it once and almost puked on the spot

In trying a new egg supplier today. The house at the end of my road has started selling eggs from their garden hens.

The eggs were good. I can't stand a watery albumen so I was pleased to see that these eggs were highly gelatinous and sat up proudly in the pan. The structural integrity of the yolk sac was also strong. Nothing worse that when your yolk pops as you flip your egg. No danger of that here, these things were rock solid.

I did undercook them a little so they were over-easy which isn't my preference but that was user error and can't be held against the eggs. Overall it was a very satisfying experience and I'm already looking forward to tomorrow's breakfast.
