Micromanaging boss
Today Angela w had the nerve to tell me that yesterday I wore pants with the wrong material and I was not allowed to roll them up to my knees but shorts are allowed
Other servants wear sweatpants and sagging pants, but whatever. ("Pick your battles")
And I find it hard to imagine that the dress code is so specific that it says you can't roll up your pants to your knees
But Angela w did not do anything illegal because being unreasonable micromanager idiot is not illegal
head cashier DF wears sagging pants. DF got promoted from Pro Cashier to Head cashier a couple of days ago. there is no way that Front End Supervisor AW hasn't noticed.
alexis also wears sagging pants. recently the store manager wrote alexis a certificate in the hallway. it is hard to imagine that the store manager didn't notice.
double standards
other servants, such as Annoying Alberto, sometimes wear sweatpants.
Cashier Juan and other servants sometimes wear hoods up inside.
it is not because of racism, sexism, homophobia, or any other form of discrimination. it is a double standard, b/c they are having sex with the boss. that is not illegal or immoral.
angela w had the nerve to ask if i had a walkie talkie, b/c they moved the walkie talkies.
(rolls eyes)
then angela w had the nerve to call me on the walkie talkie and ask if i was the only lot attendant on duty. that lil girl is SO ANNOYING. i do not understand why home depot did not make her redundant a long time ago.
two days ago, angela w- had the nerve to write me up. ASM javier told angela that i was "walking around" "listening to music". (rolls eyes). instead of helping customers during Power Hours. i asked angela "could you please look at the videotape? i was pushing carts the whole time." angela had the nerve to refuse.

home depot's portal has a place for comments to the write up
This is what i posted on home depots portal: (enclosed with quotations)
"The lobby did not contain enough shopping carts, so I was pushing more carts inside, Pushing shopping carts is part of my job description. On those dates, at those times, nobody asked me to do anything else. Writing “walking around” is misleading, because it is “out of context.” Pushing shopping carts inherently requires “walking around”, During the meeting, Supervisor Angela said that I was “more walking around than pushing carts”. However, everyone works differently. The method that I push carts involves walking up and down each aisle. Granted, other methods of pushing carts take less time and energy, all things equal. However, I think my method is more systematic. Furthermore, nobody has ever told me the “correct” “method of pushing shopping carts”. If and when someone in whose photo appears in the Leadership board, shows and me the “correct method of pushing carts”, I would be happy to change the technique that I push shopping carts with.
During the meeting, I asked “Could you please look at the video tape? I was pushing carts the entire time.” Supervisor Angela refused. In the write up, it says, “Based on the Company's investigation, it has been determined that this conduct violated Company policy.” Supervisor Angela said that a manager saw me “walking around and listening to music”. I think that statements from one person do not constitute an “investigation”, and that it is reasonable to look at the videotape.
The write up says “He was not assisting customers.” “During power hours when assists was needed.” However, the videotape clearly shows that I had a walkie talkie at all times. Head Cashiers could have called me on the walkie talkie. Furthermore, sometimes the parking lot and the building are so loud, that I cannot hear the walkie talkie.
Home Depot training videos clearly stated “as long as you are doing your best, you are always ok with home depot.” I was doing my “best”. [Not only that, but I have already changed plenty of things about my actions at work: (1) not going behind the building (even though I was pushing carts behind the building, and plenty of ASMs saw and didn’t say anything). (2) not wearing sweatpants (even though other employees wear sweatpants and even sagging jeans (3) not going to the Litterbox while clocked in, because I am afraid that the Head Cashier won’t be able to find me in the parking lot when necessary (4) carrying a walkie talkie. However, no matter what I do, has not been “good enough”. ] Over and over, I have told many head cashiers that when the walkie talkie goes off, it nearly gives me a heart attack. Sometimes I am doing something and cannot answer immediately. (That is “communication”). Then the head cashier says “lot attendant, copy”, twice in a row, and I think that it is urgent and important, but it is just something like pushing the carts in Receiving.
(A Home Depot employee told me that managers do not have access to the videotapes and only Loss Prevention has access.) Could a manager please sit down with Loss Prevention and look at the videotapes? I am transparent that I was working the entire time.
Plenty of employees also listen to music. It is a “double standard” to give me a write up, unless all employees that were listening to music also got write ups. If the Head Cashier would like me to stand in front of Garden, Customer Service, or the Cashier entrance, during Power Hours, (or at any other time), to assist customers, I would be happy to do so. However, I am not telepathic and cannot read someone else’s mind. Not only can I not read someone else’s mind, but I do not even know how to read nonverbal communication, as a function of autism. On the two dates specified in the write ups, nobody told me to stand in front of any of the entrances, or do anything like that.
The write up says “Going forward Manfan need to communicate with management only his daily task”. As a function of autism, I am bad at communication. However, I have been doing my “best”. The training video said that “as long as you are doing your best, you are always good with Home Depot.” According to that statement, I was doing my “best”, so that “should” have been “good with Home Depot”. Communication is a two way street. [The vast majority of the time, when I try to say the slightest thing, the other party acts like they did not (1) hear, (2) understand (3) believe (4) remember (5) care what I said. Meanwhile, almost everyone (especially at Home Depot), acts like every thought and emotion that goes through their heads, is the latest greatest scientific invention, and when I try to say the slightest thing, they grunt “huh” and “what” instead of “excuse me”. I think that that is not “clear communication”.]
A couple months ago, someone posted in the breakroom, the SOP. I think I remember it said that employees are only allowed to use personal phones if it is work related, on the sales floor. (Right now, I am not at Home Depot and have no access to the SOP to quote directly from.) The parking lot is not the “sales floor”, nor is it the paid area. As a result, I thought it was fine to listen to music, in the parking lot, while also working. (That is just “literal misinterpretation” vs “you know what I meant”. Semantics and pragmatics.) Supervisor Angela told me to stop listening to music, and I will never do it again. However, the write up also says “Going forward Manfan need to communicate with management only his daily task”.
Could you please check the SOP’s exact wording about phone usage?
Could you please look at the videotape?
Could you please tell me specific instructions (ie. “You need to stand in front of Garden and help customers”, instead of expecting me to read your mind?)
If/when other “disciplinary meetings” occur, may I please have my own witness? There were two Supervisors in the room, versus me. (outsmarted, overpowered, outnumbered, as usual)
I think that this write up is not fair, justified, or reasonable.
I think Home Depot should delete this write up altogether.
Thank you very much."

i am so scared angela will have the nerve to make my worthless corpse redundant.
long amounts of unemployment. plenty of jobs had the nerve to make my worthless corpse redundant. bad personality. zero job skills.
plenty of people have felony convictions and not even authorized to work in the country but they still earn enough for families and cars. how do they do it? i do not understand. i literally and figureatively have been trying and failing to wrap my ugly fat stupid head around it. it's like organic chemistry in that i do not understand it.
she/they have been coming up with the most knitpicky BS. (puke!) (rolls eyes).
and angela w and angela d do little more than stand around all day long flapping their stupid lil traps.
today angela w was not @ work.
saw ASM javier. did not interact with him.
those idiots do not "care" about anyone except themselves.
sometimes i wonder if maybe home depot is trying to get rid of employees (constructive dismissal) by micromanaging them to death.
(rolls eyes)
on the other hand, angela said she earns under $30/hour so that is not that much anyways.
___________________________________________________________
supervisor AW had the nerve to tell me that every time i start work or come back from break, i have to ask the Head Cashier "is there anything i should be doing?".
but that's not specific enough, so i changed it to "what can i do to avoid getting fired?". and then "what can i do to avoid getting escorted from the building?". and then "what can i do to avoid having to report a change in income to the health insurance?".
Today Human Resources and ASM Javier did my work accommodations for autism
She did not require a doctor note for either one
15-20 minute litterbox break a day (better than nothing)
She gave me a notebook and pen for writing down orders
She said that if the home depot litterboxes out of order or occupied I could go to the one at McDonald's but I have to tell a manager first
She said someone would come show me the correct way to push carts, because I have been doing it all wrong the past four years and six months
Javier said the write up stays. But if I were to have disclosed autism when I got hired, it would be a whole different situation
(Rolls eyes)
Then Javier said "skating" is bad behavior. But I only did it a couple of times, haven't done it lately, won't do it again. Nobody told me not to and it is too specific to be in SOP
Thank Buddha today was Javiers last day
But ASM Gabriel might be better or worse
Human Resources gave me a notebook and pen to write down instructions with.
When I told Human Resources and Javier that i hormonally transitioned to male, neither one acted the slightest bit surprised. (maybe they "knew" i was FTM or maybe they got a lot of training. to their credit.
i like Human Resources TC a lot.
javier, i was totally apathetic about. he worked there longer than me (four years seven months) and i have never seen him happy, ,surprised, scared, angry, or sad. always calm in in control. even yesterday.
however, "primacy and recency effect". b/c of yesterday, the way javier had the nerve to refuse to delete the write up, i f*****g HATE javier. (it might be SOP for him to refuse to delete the write up. there could be a lot of things going on - context - that i do not know about. but he didn't tell me - he was not transparent, even though he said he was - so all the hatred goes to javier. and supervisor angela) (rolls eyes).
human resources did not demand medical documentation for Autism, Dyssergenic Defecation, or Gender Identity Disorder.
either Human Resources or Javier asked if i was uncomfortable in the mens litterbox. the other one said that the contractors (customers) monopolizing the litterbox. human resources said that i had to tell a manager before i went to the mcdonalds litterbox. i said that there is sometimes only one manager and that one could be anywhere in the building and busy. she said that she is always in her office. (on the other hand, whatever, b/c mcdonalds mens litterbox used to be code locked. maybe it will get code locked again. there is just one toilet and one urinal in there. the litterbox might be out of order, or janitor, or other reptiles in there.) (rolls eyes).
i asked if home depot could tell me to do something or tell me to stop doing something, instead of just expecting me to read their minds.
i said that plenty of servants waste half their shifts on the phone and they do not all get fired. javier said that i was not getting fired (yesterday) and that he just fired someone this week. he didn't say who he fired and i didn't ask.
javier asked if i had a preferred name. then he asked if i prefer email or phone. then i typed my email address into the portal. he asked how to pronounce my name.
i asked human resources how i was supposed to load customers from two entrances @ the same time, bc the entrances are far away. (and i pantomimed "rub belly and pat head" ) and human resources said that what angela wrote in the write up was that i was not loading ANY customers. (home depot leadership does not even know how to write complete sentences. i think that it is not justified for them to keep blaming me for poor "communication", when their communication even worse than mine.
"communication" is a two way street. (puke!)
_________________________________________________________
human resources offered me, personally, a slice of javier's "goodbye" cake. nobody "wrapped" javier's car. saw javier drive out the parking lot and then come back. i shook my head. human resources went in the lockerroom and asked if anyone wanted cake. one slave (might have been malik) said "bring it to me". human resources told him to go get the cake.
yesterday, the company celebrated "thirty days safe" with otter pops. Adam saw me in the hallway while he was eating an otter pop and told me he was eating it. (it looked like a popsicle, not an "otter pop".) i did not say or do anything back. then later adam told someone else that he dropped his otter pop and he got another one. adam said he weighs 217# and over 6 feet tall. adam is not fat or skinny. adam looks so relaxed, joking a lot.
Today in the parking lot, head cashier Angela d told supervisor Angela w that Angela d tried to call lot attendant John on the walkie talkie and he didn't answer. Angela d told Angela w that John drives a blue Subaru and usually parks in a certain location.
Maybe he's going to get made redundant
John was/is REALLY hard working though
It looks like the whole stupid lil home Depot is getting so micromanaging and cracking down on "bad behavior" and I am horrified of getting made redundant
about yesterday's entry:
the angelas acted all "formal" and professional. they made a mountain out of a molehill. angela wrote down something (and she hardly ever writes down anything).
the angelas acted like they wanted to call an Amber Alert.
but anyone could drive any car and park anywhere in the parking lot. there is no "assigned parking" or anything like that.
besides, "blue subaru" is not specific enough. there could be more than one blue subaru in the parking lot. did she get the license plate too? this whole situation makes me so paranoid and scared of getting micromanaged out the building or micromanaged to death.
