I'll be interested to know how you get on with Better Help, Rossall.

I've thought about having a go with them myself some podcasts I listen to advertise it.

TBH, £60 a week still sounds like more than I can justify spending, is that one session per week? I guess if it helps it's money well spent though.

Best of luck with it. Let us know how it goes.

Bailed out after 10 minutes. It was just text chat. For £60 a week I want someone face to face.

I thought with Better Help you got to choose between phone call, video call and text chat? Did you not get that choice Rossall?

Not that I know of. I've cancelled it now so that's me done with them.

Oh dear. They don't cover my area. Well...lying is an option I suppose. I could go for the closest place on the list...Shh.

Have you tried looking in your area for private therapists

Some of them are only around 60 and hour as well

I've rejoined Betterhelp and booked a video session for 13th May. Bloody ADHD decision making.

It was just driving me nuts last night so I've decided not to try therapy for the time being.

Thanks bb. I can't cope with changes with my routine, especially on an emotional level at the moment.
