I'm not sure that is the case. There are a lot of avid bible readers who are 'true' believers, though in the current day, I suppose there is some truth to what you say, with Christianity in decline and all.

I agree with you that not everyone who has an informed opinion rejects Christianity, but it seems like a lot handwaving is required to if one is informed but still wishes to have a positive view of YHWH and Christianity.

It's kinda like how the more people know about Donald Trump, the more likely they'll reach a negative conclusion about him, unless they do a lot of handwaving to ignore all the negatives.

Yes I did in a children's home

They tried to make me go to church but I wouldn't have any of it so I got locked I an attic room for a whole weekend :lol:
