To get a new bank card without any trouble. For Canada to win the World Juniors Hockey. For Germany to get through the relegation round so that they will be able to compete in the 2027 World Juniors. To make it through January without coffee or energy drinks by any means possible (that means keeping my tree up until February). To get a new BCID card. To get a an easy part time job.

Pay off all of my credit cards
Build my business to be self sufficient
Pay off my car loan
Learn 2 new skills
Make a new friend

Survive yet another year of disease, war, greed, stupidity, and climate crisis.

To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Television.

Finally find myself a job and a new girlfriend regardless of what my family may say about it.

On another note, my NT sister could finally begin her first job in 2026, but only if I give
my unemployment case worker the authority to do so.

Going back to uni this year.

High hopes. And letting myself have high hopes. So I hope it goes well

It's been the biggest thing on my horizon since I made the decision, even though it's still a long way off.

Initially I thought I'd get a degree so that I'd be better placed to negotiate workplace accommodations. But now I am thinking if it goes well I can do interesting things and make real money. That is very exciting.

I've never wanted to make serious money before. It felt like betraying my principles. But more and more I think it is a good idea.

I hope my number of friends goes up (even by one)

I hope my number on the scale goes down

I hope you all find a bit of peace this year
