This debug error has happened to me twice in past 24 hours (had never seen it before). Most recently around 4 p.m. EST today, while trying to do this: had 2 browser windows open to WP, searching for my previous posts (so I can get link to or quote from older post) in order to create new comment on a thread.

Got 2 page list with numbers, saying stuff like:
"General Error Could not obtain search results Debug mode SQL Error:1030 Got error 12 from data storage engine
Select t.*, f.forum_id, f.forum_name, u.username, u.user_id,..." and so on.

Yikes !
