Only choosing five people will be really difficult. In no particular order...

vetivert - She's interesting.
Sean - He and I could finally debate in person.
ghotistix - The two of us would probably get along really well.
Namiko - She seems really cool.
mikibacsi1124 - Don't know much about him yet, but we seem to have similar views and outlooks.

I'd still enjoy meeting more people from WP, of course.

Oh, Geeez!! There's no way I could ever even begin to choose just 5!! It would be sooo much easier to list the people I don't want to meet(I could probably count them on one hand, too  )So here's a list of just a few of the people I want to meet So here are my top 5...after a TON of cropping (typing each name that came to mind immediately that I really wanted to meet came out to 30)

PhoenixKitten- :D You can keep Darcy...I want Colonel Brandon *pouts* And I wouldn't be stupid like Marianne!

Hale-Bopp-the person most like me I've ever met, we have a lot to share with each other

Vetivert-who doesn't love vivi? (say yes...if you don't love her I'll be forced to shoot you)

Ghotistix-Aww, c'mon...I gotta meet the genius writer!

Serissa-She likes Spamalot!! That's the universal sign of intelligence

Yay, Bec! I'm hoping it will come near here(Buffalo or Toronto) so I can see it.

I'm all alone
*he's all alone*
Yes, all alone
*except for me*
There's no one here, beside me

I'm all alone
*oh, no you're not*
Yes all alone
*I'm here you twot*
No one to share my burden

Sooooo funny!! Monty Python is brilliant!

Here’s my top five, in no particular order;

I’d like to meet -

1. _______________________ because he sounds like the kindest man that I’ve ever known.

2. _______________________ because he makes me laugh and I picture him to be quite good looking in person.

3. _______________________ even though I don’t always understand what it is he’s trying to get at and he seems a bit too critical of others, I think we still would have a lot in common and would like to find out.

4. _______________________ she’s everything I wish I could be.

5. _______________________ I can’t really be sure if this person is male or female but when they post….it speaks to my heart.

As for who these people are, it is only for me to know, at this time. Some I have spoke with in this forum, some I have not yet talked with. Hopefully, someday we can meet. As for two of these…I am not sure if it will be possible to meet up.

I don't read peoples names to their posts unless commenting on them. I have great memory except for names and large numbers. I don't know which personalities associate with which names.

I adore Monty Python and would really love to see Spamalot. Maybe one day I shall.

"I have a little list" ....

Sorry if I could not be more specific, but I don't really 'do' popularity contests.

The people I would most like to meet:

Arnold M. Picker
Alexander E. Barkan
Ed Guthman
Maxwell Dane, Doyle, Dane and Bernbach
Charles Dyson
Howard Stein
Allard Lowenstein
Ronald Dellums

Oh sorry, I accidentally posted Richard Nixon's enemy's list by mistake...
Watch it or you'll be added next!

::nodding::

Exactly! Popularity contests always end badly for someone.

I was unaware that this is a "popularity contest".

In my opinion, no-one here is "cooler" than anyone else, but obviously alot of you see differently.

I just chose the people I seem to know better than others, I mean it's not like they're better or anything.

i'm also a bit concerned why most people have voted for me in a rubber suit. my occasional foray into latex is nobody's business but my own (and any intimate friends, of whom i have none, at the moment)...
