I enjoy the visual of fireworks but the noise kinda messes with my nervous system. I get a real startle reaction every time one goes off and I've been told that basically I look terrified outwardly, even though inwardly they're not scaring me at all and I'm really enjoying the event. I keep trying to teach my husband, "Don't believe everything you see on the outside."

I love fireworks (and explosions in general mahahaha). I know the bunch of Aussie that won the world championships either last year or the year before. It's such an artform. Much better than ballet :P

Unless they start blowing up the dancers or something...
