Bubba's b***h would have to consent to the union. And I'vce never heard of prison inmates marrying each other while in prison. That is just FU.

I've heard of them "marrying" each other, but not marrying each other. And, believe it or not, there are women who will legally marry a strange inmate whom they only know from letters and occasional visits - felons. Murderers. Rapists. I can't explain it - I can't even begin to try - but it does happen.

Any marriage done under force or duress is null and void as far as the state is concerned. This is true even in places like Massachusetts that accept gay marriages.

You also have to consider that being molested in prison is worse than being molested on the outside.
