Evidence, hmm... try looking back through your posts. In particular, you've a nasty habit of quoting the rules, or at least your interpretation of them. Note, i'm not "attacking" you, merely making observations and drawing a reasonable conclusion, which you've every right to refute.
You know, someone once said that rules are for the guidance of wise men and the obedience of fools. Do you see any merit in that statement?
