Have you seen how badly some people drive in two dimensions?

I don't think we can be trusted with a third dimension, you know, unless the licensing becomes more like a pilot's licence. :P

Just a reminder: under international law, an occupying power has no right of self-defense, and those who are occupied have the right and duty to liberate themselves by any means possible.

A device that warns me when to stay home and tells me when it's okay to leave my apartment

A pill that makes fertility require opting in, instead of attempts at opting out.

I'm not bothered about the logistics or the realism of it all. I saw them in a futuristic depiction in a magazine as a kid and I have been disappointed by their lack of realization. :x

Things that should be invented: A repair crew that will fix all the damage caused by flying cars so we can make Blitz' dream a reality.

A self-sealing bag that doesn't go wrong after the first couple of rounds of opening and closing.

A stable operating system that runs all programs that can run on Windows. And when I say stable, I mean not only unable to crash but also absolutely malware-proof without any of the annoyances that current security features inflict on users, so that they could surf the internet without the slightest risk of infection or tracking of any kind. Updates would no longer need to exist.

The Knowledgeizer. A device worn on the head that gives you instant knowledge. Want to know how to play the piano as well as Liberace? Put on the Knowledgeizer and presto, you're a concert pianist. Note this idea was stolen from the Star Trek episode Spock's Brain.

Flying cars would be very fun, but I would never be able to drive one myself.

Let's also not forget the facts that they could more expensive than regular cars and that laws
could have to be changed or altered so people can be okay with the presence of flying cars.
