pa per

It seems far too easy, but the first thing to come to mind was "pay per" (as in pay per view) alternatively "Pay Per", although I doubt the name Per is right.

The second, and so far only other thing is "Pa Per", a father named Per, or Father Peter.

That's all I can come up with for now. See, there was this problem with time that just zapped all my energy, lol. Man these are hard.

I don't know if saying the number of words in the solution makes it too easy? Let's just say that Murihiku had too many words, JSBACHlover too few.

It's not an idiom, it's a concrete thing made up by 3 words that might come to mind from that picture. It's not really about the animal. And again, JS had one of them right when he said: It's either "Dog Show" or "Show-dog,"

Well, which is it? Show or dog? Man, this is gonna drive me nuts tell I figure it out.
