Not really sure how to best offer my support, but you have it.

I'm sorry - if there's anything that helps a little, even if it's just posting here once in a while, I'll be around.

Do you have anyone or anything that helps "anchor" you in such situations?

Gratitude embarrasses me something awful

I'm just selfish, I really enjoy and appreciate your presence here. I regret not telling this to people and some are now gone. You should be just an abstract notion to me, as most online presences are, but you come across as very real and solid - must be all that common sense in most of your posts :D

To be honest I'm more or less here for the exact same reason.

In a certain sense, the need for a reality check rarely goes away; it's totally dependent upon other people. I'm glad to be here even if there are some strange vibes going around today.

Here is a really good hip-hop song about derealization. Vinnie describes it pretty well I think. Maybe you'll like it.

Sorry to hear that. Cling to that it will pass, even if it feels like it's taking forever. The sun will come up tomorrow, and all that.

Keep hydrated. Maybe drink something with electrolytes like Gatorade or Smart water. After my worst spell, it was suspected I might have been low in electrolytes. Just a theory though. Cold helps me too. Cold air, cold drinks.

"reality check"?

What is "reality"?

Racism sexism homophobia fatophobia classism lookism ableism is "reality"

Mister redelings correctly told me that "you have a hard time dealing with reality"

All things being equal, skinny smart handsome cisgender neurotypical white men have an easier time dealing with "reality", but that is not because they did something right
