Whistleblower claims US govt has non-human craft
"the interdimensional theory" is a logical fallacy. you're explaining one unknown with another unknown.
Other "dimensions" are not proven to exist. So saying bigfoot creatures or UFO can go into and out of "other dimensions" is just explaining one mystery with another unknown. It might even be true but its unprovable, and unfalsifiable.
Its like saying "Paul Bunyan must have been real, because he must have come from Atlantis".
I am kinda into bigfoot. But as with UFOs and as with everything else in creation you can not prove a negative. You can only prove a positive. In theory you could prove that a new species to science human-like primate creature lives in the woods of North America by simply capturing one alive and putting it in the zoo, or recovering a dead body of one, or atleast whacking off body part of a dead body of one putting it on ice and showing it to science.
But you cant really prove that they DONT exist (even if they really do do not exist). So you have to just make your own "cutoff point".
I used to kinda lean toward believing that bigfoot might be real. Now I kinda lean to the skeptic side. The reason being that I operate on assuming that bigfoot is a real flesh and blood primate animal (like humans and apes and is just as natural as bears, and bedbugs). Not a supernatural thing. But with so much soft evidence for it, but at the same time so little hard evidence for bigfoot...something doesnt add up. So its either A bigfoot doesnt exist, or B sub one bigfoot is supernatural (like a poltergeist) which puts it out of my perview, or B sub 2: is real and natural - but escapes detection by using some force of nature that science has yet to discover (like being 'interdimensional' whatever that means). So -just for me- if you have to invoke either the supernatural- or the yet to be discovered natural - then I draw the line. And say it aint real.
But maybe five years from now scientist in a lab will bait a mouse trap with "interdimensional cheese" and will capture some "interdimensional mice". And "other dimensions" will be proven to exist.
That view doesn't absorb Darwinian game theory well - ie. preferability for the 'less mundane' on it's own terms.
Could you translate this into English please?

The absurd elements of the phenomena, which it's loaded with, couch it more in the paranormal than the science fiction category.
If it turned out to be predatory you'd prefer boring old reality.

That communicates!
And its hard to argue with!

Glad I was able to make it more accessible, even though I'm still not sure you followed.

That assumes you place the mouse trap in.near a portal, intersection of leylines.
.
Religious sites are puported to exist over leylines where they intersect with portals or gateways to the spirit world. A curious coincidence is that the highest concentration of temples in the world are to be found in south india. By sheer coincidence this region has the lowest levels of gravity in the world
https://iisc.ac.in/scientists-find-out- ... ian-ocean/
South Indians say the Lord Shiva came to earth on a ship and landed in south India because this was the holiest land on earth. It might also have offered the least resistance in terms of gravity inertia to his ship so it made sense it was a good place to land.

That assumes you place the mouse trap in.near a portal, intersection of leylines.
Well... of course. You have to do it at some place like ...Mt. Shasta, or Stonehenge. And dangle a lot of crystals around.

Something I glossed right over - assuming any of the information out there is reliable - their interest in nuclear weapons suggests that they're a liability to them. I don't think there's any way to explain interdimensional hypothesis to someone who doesn't want to understand it but if there's a point-to-point tether in which our energy and weapons use / testing is causing a problem over where they're at - no shock that they'd spring out of the woodwork after Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Yes the foo fighter's appeared over wartime at the exact moment the Americans started the Manhatten Project. One theory (and again I stress this is a theory) is that our development of nuclear capability was a catalyst for these entities to start monitoring us. The moment we were able to split the atom we passed a point where we are capable of annihilating our species.

That's where it does get fuzzy, ie. weighing the likelihoods between local hidden fauna and sapients on earth getting damaged by our nuclear activities or Eric Weinstein's question of whether the nuclear bombs somehow displayed to actual extraterrestrial civilizations a 'technosignature' as he put it that we were within a couple hundred years of faster-than-light travel and they'd have to take seriously the risk that we'd be coming to visit them on our own terms.
Again though, what still burns the extraterrestrial hypothesis for me is that the behavior of these things is quite often primitive (like dumb - grays being fascinated by motion detecting lights as if they can't comprehend what they're seeing), cryptic messages, the variety of ships and species erring in the direction of the absurd, having more in common with earlier archetypal varieties of abduction phenomena when that does happen with the biggest difference being technological tools - trying to hammer that flat to pretend that what's left of the reductive materialist regime would need to be formally replaced by something like Donald Hoffman and Chetan Prakash's Conscious Realism or Michael Silberstein's style of neutral monism / contextual emergence just to 'go with what's accepted right now' before I have any right to evaluate any of the circumstantial evidence properly and treat it how it behaves if I look at these things and think the thing's too loopy to be actual extraterrestrials (unless the whole thing's a psyop but that shows no sensible motivation in the behavior patterns) - it really reminds me of the drunk whose on the ground under a street light looking for his keys, he knows his keys aren't under the street light, but he's looking where they're not anyway because there's light under the street light. If I'm confident in a move and find it more parsimonious and even more explanatory if it rests within a model of physics and reality that's still a decade or so out - it just makes more sense to me to say 'I'm not going to take reductive materialism as a necessary constraint all that seriously if we're filling up with enough counterexamples by this point that it's fading (at least as an absolute ontology rather than a technique for analyzing lowest layers of what something's made of and working your way up) and if the absurdities of the phenomena narrow it down to either some extradimensional or 100% mistakes, hoaxes, or classified.
Vallee seemed to be implying, again reaching back to a non-physicalist model that could be anything from neutral monist or panpsychist to absolute idealist, that they're behaving as if they're part of a homeostatic system and his implication was that it's the planet's system. This is where I ask myself, especially with functionalism with multiple realizability when you have different higher order canopies over groups of individual beings and you get further mergers from there, we know that receiving a signal from a burnt finger on a stove is a bottom up signal, we have no idea what a 'top down' from outside of ourselves into five senses would look like - that's what I think the UFO phenomena is when and if it's not classified craft, espionage between countries, or mistakes / hoaxes.

The entities ...somehow knew that the US Government was STARTING the Manhatten project half of a decade before the project produced a working bomb?
A more likely scenario:
Idaho private pilot Arnold Patterson saw the first flying saucers in American skies in the summer of 1947, and soon after...the first UFO crashed in Roswell New Mexico...also in the summer of 1947.
What else happened in America in the Summer of 1947?
Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier in pro Baseball by joining the Brooklyn Dodgers.
And both integrated pro baseball, and flying saucers buzzing our skies, have been part of American life ever since!
Coincidence?
Not!
This proves that the space aliens are baseball fans!
And that the outcome of the World Series is literally cosmic in importance!
I am using the same lack of logic- used above- that the aliens somehow knew we were planning to split the atom years before we even succeeded at doing that. I can imagine them noticing it ...when we finally exploded the test bomb at the Trinity Site in New Mexico, and then later dropped two more bombs in anger on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. in 1945, and THEN took a special interest in us. But not that they read our minds five years earlier.
OH...almost forgot...
When baseball became integrated the separate Negro league disappeared as its best players joined the newly integrated major leagues. But what was the name of the Negro League team that Jackie Robinson was on before he joined the Dodgers?
And today...what species of space aliens are most frequently reported as being the ones that abduct Earth folks?
Coincidence?
Yes we have passed that point where either and/or all below
a. we are threat to ourselves
b. represent a threat to other biological species on earth
c. with the invention of Von Braun's rocket engine in WW2 a threat to contaminated the fragile microbial flora of mars and the moons of Jupiter
c. represent a future threat to other intelligent life forms watching us
The family who witnessed the "alleged" crashed alien craft in Las Vegas claimed (among other things) that one of the 8-10 foot bug eyed beings was enamoured with one of their tractors and even tried to operate it. Quite odd they should lake a shine to an old combustion engine
