According to the biggest sceptics in NASA a 75 percent probability of life and 60 percent likelihood of intelligence, for an overall probability of 45 percent. Keep in mind this is a highly conservative figure.
If the Bayesian analysis is right, that means even for Earth to be itself was the probabilistic minority (that's reasonable). But it’s still a concrete argument
for the existence of life on Earthlike planets around the universe.
