yesterday when ted and angela s (not angela d or angela w) drove me home after work, ted asked what happened to angela d, b/c he hadn't seen her for a month or so. i told them about the meeting with ASM gabe, angela d, and me. ted said that didn't sound like enough to get angela d made redundant.

haven't seen head cashier DF for about one month. maybe she and angela d ran away together.

in the breakroom yesterday, heard supervisor angela tell tool rental ricardo, that head cashier juan didn't do what angela w had the nerve to tell him to do. i do not want to get made redundant, and i sure do not want juan to get made redundant either. but whatever.

home depot is like "survival of the fittest". "survival island".

About 40 head cashiers in the past five years

haven't seen head cashier angela d since ASM gabe's meeting.

haven't seen head cashier DF since she introduced new lot attendant SA. (about four weeks ago)

head cashier MM in Receiving.

on tuesday, supervisor angela w had the nerve to say that head cashier juan didn't do what she told him to do. i wasn't scheduled to work Wed or Thurs last week. friday and sunday worked. saturday, called out. friday and sunday, no head cashier juan.

i am so scared stupid lil girl queen angela w is trying to get everyone she doesn't "like" made redundant, and i am terrified/horrified/scared/afraid/frightened that i am going to get made redundant soon.

haven't seen head cashier DF for a while

saturday new head cashier selene. she looks uneventful thus far.

On Saturday head cashier Juan had the nerve to tell me to push seven shopping carts full of garbage from the trash pile next to McDonald's to Receiving in ten minutes

Maybe he is bad at math

He acted like he was being perfectly reasonable and friendly but there was no reason to hurry and besides only Olympic athletes could be so fast

Today head cashier Angela d had the nerve to come back to work

She did not make any unusual actions or statements, thus far, that I know of. But maybe she has been plotting revenge against my worthless corpse. She also did not apologize or anything like that. She was totally uneventful

Today head cashier Juan had the nerve to tell me to sweep the contractor entrance and the street in 15 minutes and then he had the nerve to tell me that I was not finished

Too much drama at home Depot

Head cashier Angela d used to only work Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday but she came to work even though it was just Wednesday. I tried to tell the stupid lil girl "a couple of months ago someone said..."



And the hideous idiot had the nerve to interrupt me and tell me that "we all head what ASM Gabriel said, and don't bring it up again". But I was just trying to tell the idiot that Receiving Associate Yao told me not to touch the lumber carts in Receiving. (Nothing bad).

Angela d acts like a disbarred lawyer. She is great at arguing

Later the disgusting lil spider saw me sweeping and had the nerve to ask me "who put you up to this?". "Bao". "Huh?". "Bao". And then she stormed off in a fit of rage

angela is like

"all bark and no bite"

"confidence not proportional to competence"

took the slightest bit of authority and had the nerve to abuse it

she "cares" too much about her stupid lil job

she earns $22 hour and i earn $21 hour. she acts so "holier than thou". but she is not even in a higher tax bracket. it's not like she earns so much $$$ that she doesn't qualify for government subsidized health insurance.


yesterday, i was trying to tell her that Receiving Associate Yao said that i should leave the lumber carts in the back half of Receiving, b/c a certain company comes. but i just said "a couple months ago, someone said..." when stupid lil girl angela d had the nerve to interrupt me and say "don't go there. that was a couple months ago. this is today. we all heard what gabe said." (i didn't answer, b/c i was on my way to Receiving and the stupid lil girl was going a different direction.)

head cashiers, supervisors and managers need training videos about communication, finishing school, and common courtesy, and etiquette.

Today when I asked the stupid lil girl Angela d , "what should I be doing?", (like front end supervisor Angela w had the nerve to tell me), she had the nerve to tell me "your job", like I was bothering her by asking. Then I thought she told me to sweep so I swept and then she had the nerve to bark at me for sweeping. (She made it sound like I was doing something wrong). She had the nerve to bark at me out of control. Gabriel should have her redundant a long time ago. It's his fault she still works there. It's not her fault because she is just being "true" to herself by being a melodramatic lil idiot

Then she had the nerve to tell me "you should" be able to pick up all the garbage in the parking lot in 45 minutes but it's a big dirty parking lot and I am not athletic enough to do that. The job description doesn't have physical requirements except lift fifty pounds. There was no medical exam necessary before hiring.

And I find it hard to imagine that she could pick up all the garbage in 45 minutes

But I was afraid that if I said the wrong thing I would get made redundant so I did not say anything altogether. Besides the stupid lil girl had the nerve to keep interrupting me

She needs finishing school .

She needs to say "excuse me" instead of*huh"

And she owes me an apology for micromanaging me like that

that stupid lil girl angela d has the nerve to act like every time she doesn't like or understand something, someone violated her stupid lil "rights" and that gives her a moral "right" to react in any way she wants, subject to imagination.

the stupid lil girl acts like she's so high ranking, but she is just Head Cashier. last year, she got promoted from Cashier to Head Cashier. head cashier is below both manager and supervisor. i earn $21 hour. the stupid lil girl earns $22 hour. it is not like she earns so much $$ that she does not qualify for government subsidized health insurance. she is *certainly* not in a higher tax bracket than me. she is financially "in the same boat" as me. she does not have more education than me, a higher IQ score, she is not morally superior. she does not have more job skills than me.

love to think about the stupid lil girl angela's head, on a dog's body. yes, i am afraid of her, but i am afraid of dogs, too. b/c WHEN they have the nerve to bite me, they WILL physically injure me. that doesn't give them the "moral right" to physically injure me.

in the past five years, there have been about forty head cashiers. some of them worked only a couple days or weeks. the one that has been working there the longest: cristal. according to a sign on the wall, she's been working there over ten years or so. but she hardly ever comes to work. head cashier MM worked there four years (then she transferred to Receiving)

almost all the head cashiers were uneventful.

Now I am afraid that I will get made redundant for working too "slowly". But whatever. I've felt that way since April this year. Eight months ago. The second longest I have ever held a job was only five months. So whatever

sunday at 4:20, head cashier Angela d had the nerve to get me in the parking lot and tell me that ASM gabe and her were walking looking for me for one and a half hours and couldn't find me and the parking lot "looks like s**t" (direct quote, not my opinion. And I don't agree either). She did not raise her voice but she was cross examining me. She did not believe that I had been working the whole time. Not even when I told her that it was on video tape. Then the stupid lil girl had the nerve to tell me that I have to answer to Gabriel about it. So I went to get the stupid lil boy and I told him. He said that he will look at the video tape


But the whole thing is an "at will" employer anyways

It's not a question if I was guilty or not guilty. The only question is how hard would it be for home Depot to hire a replacement for me and the answer is extremely easy

checked the write ups section. thus far, zero write ups. however, maybe gabe is going to write me up but just has not done so thus far. (no statue of limitations).

home depot its own lawyers and i am sure they are much more skilled than any lawyer that a minimum wage servant could afford to hire. home depot knows what it's doing.

i think angela d is taking out "whistleblower retaliation" against me, as punishment for tattling on her. she is trying to get me made redundant, but she does not have termination authority. she is trying to get the leadership on her side and be biased against me and micromanage me out the door.

And in August he found my walkie talkie

It's just annoying how he has the nerve to tell me to work faster but there is no rush

I think I am always a bit hurt by rudeness. Some people are very lacking in courtesy.

it's not just head cashier juan and head cashier angela d.

it seems like the whole home depot "company culture". employees, customers and day laborers way too informal, rude, calloused, curt. plenty of them do not have "excuse me" or "i'm sorry" in their vocabulary. they are doing their "best" and they have "freedom of speech". they have their stupid lil "rights". for all i know, maybe they even have: felony convictions, psychiatric diagnoses, sex with the boss, weapons, gang affiliations, short tempers. they outnumber overpower outsmart me.

Today the stupid lil girl ARD had the nerve to tell me to sweep the sidewalk in 30 minutes. (Unreasonable. Especially without knowing how dirty it is at the moment. And besides if I have to help customers it comes out of the 30 minutes)

Then head cashier JM had the nerve to tell me to fill the lobby with carts and I was trying to when he came in a car and told me to sweep the "corral outside customer service". Sp I swept corral "c", but later the stupid lil boy had the nerve to tell me that I didn't do what he told me to do "or you misunderstood" and I told him that I swept corral c. He wasn't emotional or overreacting but he wasn't receptive or apologetic either.

Ard and jm are so stressful to be around

Ard saw me pushing a cart with a broom and dustpan to Receiving and the stupid lil girl had the nerve to interrogate me about what I was doing and who "put you up to it".

JM had the nerve to call me from the other side of the aisle and tell me that he was "helping" me sweep

Great. Now I am afraid that I am going to get made redundant for"disobedience ", in that I swept the wrong corral

also, per SOP, it is not allowed to work "off the clock."

JM had the nerve to tell me, while he was driving a car, to sweep "the corral outside customer service".

JM should not have been interacting with me while he was off the clock.
