Rebooked with my therapist for 8th may. Have got the £45 a week rate for being unemployed. Have seen the choice of text/phone/video chat now and have stuck with online text chat for the time being.

Treatments for substance abuse and addiction have traditionally focused on helping individuals change thought patterns and behaviors related to addiction. There is often an important factor that can be missed in treatment due to the focus on individuals separating themselves from their addictions. While experiences of trauma often put individuals at higher risk of developing an addiction, the experience of addictions themselves become traumatic as well. This Groupinar will review how the neurological makeup in the brain and body are changed to create a traumatic experience for individuals struggling with addictions, as well as review some of the most effective treatments for addiction through the lens of treating it as a traumatic experience.
