I am so old I that I remember when “Back in the day” was an expression only young people used.

I could never do those dance moves but then I could attempt to do them without hurting myself

I'm not quite 30 yet and still say that alot. Looking at me people guess I'm 14, but talking to me people guess 50+... Half of the conversations I have consist primarily of nostalgia and reminiscing, complaining about new/changed things, or how much better things used to be. So old people phrases like "I remember when...", "Back in my day...", "They don't make things like they use to.", "Kids these days..." and "When I was younger..." are all common for me to say.
