I am so old I that I remember when “Back in the day” was an expression only young people used.

I could never do those dance moves but then I could attempt to do them without hurting myself :( .

I'm not quite 30 yet and still say that alot. Looking at me people guess I'm 14, but talking to me people guess 50+... Half of the conversations I have consist primarily of nostalgia and reminiscing, complaining about new/changed things, or how much better things used to be.
