Of you really wanted some bad video games, here's how to find a whole bunch of them. Open the app store (I believe it's called Software Center) in Linux Mint, then look for games which are rated as few stars

Amnesia: The Dark Descent
It looks like a fun game. Older Son recommended it with a sly wink.
It immediately made me motion sick. Steam say's I've played it 14 minutes since March 4, 2013.
He knew it looked like a game I would be drawn to, but he also knew full well, it would make me sick.
He has a mischievous sense of humor.
He also recommended Doki Doki Literature Club!
IT'S A TRAP! (I knew it was a trap, but I stuck it out until the "end" of the game. 8.7 hours)

"Symmetry" - it's hopeless and I bought it only because it was so cheap.

Metal Gear Survive - a blatant cash grab that takes Hideo Kojima's beloved IP and r*pes it with zombies.

Zelda's Adventure (CD-i).
I.e., if Link: The Faces Of Evil and Zelda: The Wand Of Gamelon had even-clunkier gameplay and lacked the meme-happy cutscenes.

Hallow knight - throws to much at you at once.

Ark survival evolved - to much.

hearts of iron IV - i tried getting into it but its tutorial is bad and theres to many buttons.

Plants vs Zombies battle for neighborvile - a bad sequel from the other plants vs zombies games basically just overwatch but a bit better.

overwatch 2.

hunter call of the wild - its heavily pay to win so that instantly makes a game bad in my opinion.

star wars Jedi academy - to much.

pac man the arcade machines one.

skyrim elder scrolls - gets odd later on.

fallout the whole thing - not aligned with what post nuclear war would be like and to odd.

sons of the forest - to much.

a open world mario game but i cant remember its name - it was to odd

grounded - gets to odd later on.

Open world Mario game...the one I can think of that polarized fans was Super Mario Sunshine. Was that the one?

Callisto protocol

It looks amazing sure.

There's nothing wrong with it technically, it's just very boring and bland. Not at all scary either. One of the very few horror games I gave up halfway through because I was just tired of it.

It's meant to be a spiritual successor to dead space, a game which I really enjoyed.

The X-Men game on the NES. I got it for my seventh birthday, and it is the first game I ever truly hated. It is just poorly designed from the ground up.
