Over-moderation of threads and polls

I hear that a lot from people, that they have 'free speech.'

I would like to know by what virtue do they have 'free speech?' Some nations constitution, perhaps?

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

ok, that is as good as it goes to the borders of the States, but it just says the GOVERNMENT will not make laws about it. On any privately owned chat forum, 'free speech' is not a right subject to the laws of the US constitution.

I demand the freedom to be politically incorrect, we all want that right!


Anyway, I believe there is some freedom of speech here, but I can say it is limited somehow, of course, and I understand it is for the safety of the nature of the site, I can see some posts here providing opinions, even politically incorrect ones and are not shunned down by mods, so it seems to give some fair amount of limited free speech, in my opinion.

Heck, few posters are questioning moderation here, and are still alive
