Update: breakfast ended up being lunch
I made undercooked potatoes and some scrambled eggs

My dipping sauce for potatoes and such is eyeball-measured, but i think it’s

3 Tbs mayo
1 Tbs dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp hot sauce (i use Cholula)

Mix all those together in a small bowl and shabam: tasty tasty dipping sauce

Looked it up since mg sounded way too tiny
A teaspoon o honey or thick syrup would be 7 grams
Yes i could’ve converted the recipe i didn’t think to do that

You're quite right - one teaspoon of honey is about 7 grams.
