Be brave, be up front with the cop about your fears and just get it on record. If this guy harasses you again, report it, whether fists are involved or not. what you are doing is establishing a pattern of behavior that will set precedence should he do anything to you or anyone else.

well it wasn't as bad as i thought.
talked to a female police lady and she wrote everything down and stuff.
i still feel like an awful person for doing it.
but what's done is done now.
