I've always hated seafood since I was a kid.
On the other hand, I've eaten spicy food since then as well. One of the things that's intrigued me the past couple of months or so is Vanilla/Mango/Habanero Ice Cream.

I don't like fish. --Except maybe fish sticks and catsup.

And I do adore New England Clam Chowder!

Eww, fish sticks? And ketchup? 8O

The only fish I like is salmon.

I'm quite the cocoa fan.

Are you referring to the proper White colored chowder eaten from Rhode Island to points North and East of it, or are you referring to the Tomato Based stew eaten BELOW Rhode Island?? :)

Yep. I like Jam Boong, (which is a spicy Korean Noodle Soup) when the squid and other Seafood is left out of it.

I used to like making cheap ready meal noodles into weapons of mass destruction.

My mom hates pepper, and her mom hates avocados. I used to hate pickles, but that was when I was pretty young. I still hate cucumbers, though.

Most strains of Habanero Pepper are the hottest there are. That being said, they can also have a somewhat sweet and fruity flavor as well. just a couple go a long ways.

My dad hates cucumbers, but that is for a good reason. He used to enjoy them, but when he was conscripted into the South African army he had to eat cucumbers for every meal while he was there.

My parents used to yell at me for "dissecting" my food -- it was the worst when the meat had any sort of marbling in it, because I'd carve it up painstakingly to remove anything that looked remotely like a bit of fat!

I do the same thing with meat.

Anything which is hard to bite through i have a little trouble with. I fear the spinal colum of chicken thighs from KFC, and veins or bits of bone from steak. But otherwise, i love eating anything that once had a face. (not really so much that i wanna eat sentient crap, but that i love grossing out people who forget that steak was once cows.
I'm a little afraid that stuff like veins and spinal colum will be disgusting as opposed to flesh. Because i have had them before and if they were prepared to be eaten, they werent very good. But i doubt they were prepared to be eaten.
