a couple months ago, home depot made it so that it is no longer necessary to use a code to unlock the litterbox. however, the "code locks" are still on the doors.
thus, customers keep asking me for the code.
one woman had the nerve to ask me for the code and she pointed to the mens litterbox, so i opened the mens litterbox. she went in there and then went straight out and said "mens!". (rolls eyes) (puke)
I wonder if perhaps she didn't know which bathroom it was when she asked. I don't know how the bathrooms are located in relation to each other but perhaps that was the only one in her line of sight at the moment or was the closest one. When she asked for the code she probably expected you to tell her the code instead of you opening the door for her & she would have confirmed which bathroom it was before entering the code. Weather my theory is right or not I would blame Home Depot management for not authorizing the code locks to be removed. There's LOTS of tools at those stores & a bit of workers who should be somewhat skilled with using them so some managers & employee should be able to take those locks down themselves instead of having anyone sent there to remove them. I really hope the women didn't complain about you.
Me & my girlfriend were at the community health center today(she had the appointment) & when we were checking out I asked for the bathroom code because the bathroom has been having a code for like a couple years now & I don't know how often they change the code & I'm not good at remembering numbers. When I got to the bathroom I noticed the code was taped on the door near the keypad. I told Cass about it after & she agreed with me that having the code taped on defeats it's purpose.
