I think so. I think my alcohol addiction is a mental one as have had 11 years+ of traumatic crap in my life since I got sectioned and diagnosed with schizophrenia. I don't think I'm physically addicted to alcohol.

Well, since my late teens I've always liked a drink. It seems to sort my head out and help me relax. It used to be at a reasonable level though and the last 12 years or so it's got out of control. I got sectioned in 2014 after I started getting voices in my head threatening me. The voices aren't too bad at the moment although I'm still getting physical discomfort.

Very spaced out though as usual.
