Darth Sidious, I suppose, if we can believe his hint that he manipulated the force to produce Anakin.

Actually, that was Sidious' probable mentor, Darth Something-or-other the Wise who had manipulated the metachlorians with the Force to create life (apparently Anakin).

Yes, you are right.Darth Sidious could be described as Anakin's mentor, and possible guardian.

His mom tried to kill him. She found out his dad was having gay sex(sex with other guys) & she put butters in the car & drove it into the river. In one ep I only saw the end of Butters was chained in the basement & when he said he was hungry his parrents tricked a woman into going in the basement expecting Butters to eat her
