I'm glad you and Ralph had an excellent dialogue together.

Ralph remembers your fear and took it on himself to feel to protect you. You are the loving presence now that his fears have been waiting for. United, your combined strengths will reveal something very powerful in time: that neither of you have to live any more with fear in charge. I congratulate you a thousand times. You have achieved something few do: you can given his fear space to be and be heard. He hears you too.

I thought I would briefly update you all who were so kind to reply with your hugs, support and suggestions.

No changes in my "job" will be made until July 1, 2021 and it looks like I'll be able to keep my business running as an agency, although solo providers are being put out of business.

Due to the "Stay at Home" order from our governor, we cannot make any home visits or face to face visits. We have to make phone calls instead, assessing health and safety by phone. Some people can use facetime or duo and I am using zoom for team meetings. Overall, this is much nicer for me, personally, because I get to stay home and my life is much calmer. End of the month deadlines are still stressful, but right now I am feeling pretty good.

I took everything you all said personally and integrated it in some way into my procedures/life and found new ways to work through some work and personal issues. Thank you.
