Ok, still did not think saying someone is being ignorant was considered a personal attack, I thought it was specifically insults that were considered personal attacks here. Either way since in my initial post the mods have edited they removed that bit I suppose I may have been mistaking.

Still though is that a reason to lie and claim I said something I never said? As well as bring it up in a thread outside of the one where that interaction happened? which also breaks site rules.

Nazi aspies?
I find that hard to believe.
I have seen no evidence of this, though I haven't been looking.

A true Nazi/neo-Nazi would consider those on the spectrum inferior.
Perhaps, if there are any here, they are very, very, *very* stupid auties who don't understand the ramifications of Nazi philosophies on the autistic community.
Perhaps he means NT Nazis, that shouldn't be here in the first place.

Antifa members/sympathisers on here,
That is a given. 8O

It isn't, imo.
Oh hell,
I'll just say it isn't, period.

Intrinsically, saying someone is "Ignorant", is an opinion/belief or observation, rather than a personal attack, errr, in my opinion.
Saying someone is an "Idiot" is an amorphic/generic personal attack/put-down, which is virtually useless in an argument,
And does more damage to the person giving the insult. 8)

First they came for the Communists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Communist

Then they came for the Socialists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Socialist

Then they came for the trade unionists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a trade unionist

Then they came for the Jews
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Jew

Then they came for me
And there was no one left
To speak out for me

Bad example.
You are taking about Nazi Germany.
The *Government* was a Nazi government.
American Nazis are sub-culture deviants.
Chalk and cheese contexts.

Perhaps I didn't understand the exact context you were using.

I should have thought of this sooner. Excellent point, Pepe. A neo-Nazi autistic is oxymoronic. I'm also not aware of any black KKK members. I remain skeptical as well and for the reason you brought up.

But not a Fascist aspie, or an aspie who is a Fascist sympathizer.

There are absolutely neo-Nazi autistics. I don’t think there are any here who aren’t currently banned. But go on far-right sites and you have no problem finding autistic people.

I think it is in NeuroTribes that the nuances of Nazi policy on disability are spelled out. Aktion T4 and the sterilisation programme are rightly what the Nazis are remembered for but they spared people who were deemed “useful” (as well as people who were disabled in combat). I can absolutely see an autistic person either thinking “I will be one of the useful ones” or “actually the Nazis are right and I should be sterilised”. Looking at some of the forums they seem to be Asperger supremacists ie they think autistics who can pass as NT are good but those who can’t should be murdered.

^ Are they neo-Nazi or Fascist?  Is there a significant difference?

I was just reading down the page and thinking that, in theory, I don’t find the notion that an aspie who regarded themselves as superior to NTs would find appeal in some aspects of fascistic political ideology beyond credibility.

Additional thought: an undiagnosed and completely un-self-aware aspie might (possibly) find some facets of such propaganda appealing as a simple, clear “explanation” for the problems they’ve experienced in life.
Frustration and despair without a known cause can do funny things to ones perception of reality after all.
(Although, probably wouldn’t be posting on AS forums such as this one in that case.)

Fascism (except when it comes to Mussolini’s ideology) is much more of a broad ideology than Nazism (or even neo-Nazis).

I think it’s a nested categories thing: “fascist” being used to describe any political movement which has a sufficiently similar outlook to Mussolini and his followers, of which the NSDAP was one such party. So all neo-nazis (seeking to resurrect the specific policies and agenda of the Nazis) are fascists, but not all fascists are neo-nazis.

Similar to "All Trumps are Republican; but not all Republicans are Trumps."  Got it.

The NSDAP was the Nazi party in Germany.

Most fascists aren’t Nazi in any shape or form—but all Nazis were fascists under the present-day definition, but weren’t Fascists in the Italian/Mussolini sense.

I would say many people in the Republican Party are either openly or secretly anti-Trump.

Trump goes against the conservative, as well as the liberal, grain.

How Trump has come to be so feared is a mystery to me.

A fascist is a general term for someone who espouses reactionary ideas. A Nazi/neo-Nazi is a very specific type of fascist.

I would have called John McCain a conservative Republican—but he was far from being a fascist.

Feared?  More like hated.  He does not read, he appears to be ignorant of history (i.e., American, European, Middle-Eastern, Asian, et cetera), and cannot control his itchy Twitter finger.  Add to this his lack of concern for personal consistency, his hyper-sensitivity to criticism, his bullying and foul language, his contempt for the facts, and his obsession with media coverage, and it is no wonder that rational people consider him narcissistic, and therefor hate him.

Our president gleans information about the world and his fellow human beings from "the shows" on the flat screen of his TV, and not from textbooks or professionally-written reports.  As a consequence, he appears to have developed a reactive personality style -- meaning that he responds naively to what he sees or hears without thinking before he speaks or acts.

President Trump seems to need constant approval in order to maintain his inner equilibrium -- which might also help to explain his need to hold campaign rallies long after his election.  His early-morning Twitter rants may represent a desperate plea to be seen, heard, and responded to.

Then again, maybe he's just stupid, shallow, and vain.
