If I had a girlfriend I would "allow" them to do whatever they wanted. I'm not in charge of people.
If they chose to sit in someone's lap it would depend on the circumstance how I felt about it, but that's their thing not mine.

Would I want a lady to sit on my man's knee? No.
Would I let her? That's not up to me. That would be up to him.

Again, I'm not in charge of other people or their behaviour.

Being too extrovert can sometimes be very annoying.

I met an autistic guy in my local pub and he is probably the only one that's overly in your face and he's dislikes by almost everyone.

Bit of a tangent but for the sake of amusement he :-

Said Ozzy Osbourne was richer than Mark Zuckerberg, Mark Zuckerberg

Mark Zuckerberg was only worth 5 million dollars.

Ozzy Osbourne was worth 25 billion.

King Charles asked him over for tea and he personally knows him.

Ozzy Osbourne is his godfather.

Tried to flog me an S Club 6 album and said he wanted to bone Hannah.

Kept asking me to buy him a drink.

Smelt like he s**t his kegs.

All the above was in the space of two hours. After he left, I mentioned to the barmaid that he was an unusual character and someone else chimes in saying he also likes dressing in camouflage and hiding behind the flower pots in the beer garden that are only 3 foot high.....clearly still visible but genuinely believing nobody can see him.

Nah he was annoying regardless. He was unemployed, smelly, mooched off people, lived with his parents, about 37 years old and spoke a fair bit about his sexual conquests yet everyone though he never even had sex yet.
