sooner or later, i have to start eating a lot less, b/c metabolism going down. besides, grocery costs skyrocketing. and if i move somewhere farther from the grocery store, i have to bring a wagon. (inconvenient, expensive).

Tuesday night my house was making a lot of noise and I thought it was the alarm but it was just the smoke detector. Thank Buddha

Thursday I didn't get a chance to do anything except: library, laundry, write an essay about the write up, scrub the mess hall. Did not even get on the computer until 5:30 pm

Last night's litterbox took 58 minutes

have not eaten chocolate since august 2022. that took plenty of discipline and self control. however, it doesn't cause anything to "happen" positively per se.
